At Boathouse, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on unworn merchandise with original tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and postal code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original packaging if possible, ensuring all original tags are attached and the packing slip is included.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label provided by the portal, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
